About Jacki
Personal Development Coach

Jacki has a wealth of coaching experience, gained from her time in corporate human resources and her volunteer work in the community. She is passionate about helping others find clarity by providing purposeful strategies to navigate life's noise.
Having faced anxiety for much of her life, Jacki turned to mindfulness to soothe her mind and enhance her focus. The positive impact it had on her inspired her to become a mindfulness practitioner and life coach, enabling her to guide others in discovering the benefits of mindfulness and teaching them how to incorporate it into their everyday lives.
Jacki has written a self-guided coaching guide for mindfulness called Breathing Room: A Guide to Mindfulness, where she shares some of her favorite meditations and simple focusing activities. As a caregiver for her disabled husband, she plans to write a guide for caregivers by the end of 2025.
She is a proud mom of three adult children who have super cool spouses. She has two amazing grandkids, lots of pets, and the best-ever retired Army husband, Bill, who has two teen-aged children.
Jacki has a B.S. is Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK and a Master of Jurisprudence from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, LA.
